I don't know. Part of me thinks yes, because JKR has clearly said that she doesn't want to write any more books about Harry Potter after she's done with them, and killing him off would be a sure fire way to never have that pressure put upon her. Another part of me thinks definitely no, because he is, after all, the main protagonist of a children's book, and killing off the hero would be a very, very brave and controversial move. (then again, with her wealth, what does it matter if she never sells another book)
