Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. I'm so pleased you enjoyed the story and took the time to tell me about it (I'm an up-past-my-bedtime reader as well, so I know how tempting it can be to go 'I'll leave a review later, omg sleep', and then forget).

So glad you enjoyed the Soviet rescue scene. I love me some kickass witches, but haven't had the chance to write many action sequences before, so it was great to be able to do it, and throw in a little 'girl rescues boy', too.
