Rob Thomas ROX MY SOX.

I bought his new album the other day, and it's FREAKING wonderful. Doesn't sound like a Matchbox album, and that's the point, isn't it? The lyrics are wonderful, and the background music is WHOAH.

If you like the songs of his you've heard on the radio, and have even the slightest inkling of thinking about buying his album, do so. If you need proof, download 'All I Am' beforehand. It's the most amazing blend of sounds - wooden instruments that sound Asian and big, deep drums (like the Japanese ones) and violins that sound Irish, and it all blends together into this music that is awesome and powerful and inspiring.

Go and buy a copy.

Excellent *steeples fingers in a Burns-like manner*

It's an awesome album.

I like the song you mentioned. Listened to a few of the others, didn't seem to be as good, but I'll be giving them another listen in a bit, probably. At the moment I'm starting a novel, which I will fail to complete in a spectacular and very professional style.

Keep at it. If you're anything like me, once you get into the swing of it the characters won't leave you alone until you're done, and even then they'll demand more.

That sometimes happens, but more usually my characters run and hide whenever they see me coming, because they'd much rather sit around being lazy than be forced into interesting dangerous and exciting situations by a tyrannical author ;)
