Do you have any recommendations for Windows-working software that will allow me to make short a short clip of the scene straight from the DVD? I've had one before, but on my old puter and I cannot remember what it was called. I'm not ripping and converting the whole disc for one scene, because I am lazy.
ALSO SEASON FIVE IS MADE OF AWESOME. I feel a bit guilty for loving it so much, but I can't help it - there are a number of episodes at the end of the series that are completely Darrin free, and so much better because the writers were forced to write new episodes that didn't include him (a lot of the earlier episodes in that season are made up of the Samantha-says-something-that-is-an-obvious-plot-device/Endora-gets-angry-and-casts-a-spell-on-Darrin/Darrin-makes-an-idiot-of-himself-at-the-office/but-in-the-end-Sam-comes-up-with-an-explanation-and-saves-the-day formula, which is rather tiresome after a while). The Darrin-free episodes are fabulous. The guilt comes from knowing that his absence was because Dick York had a back injury and collapsed on set and quit the show because he was too unwell to continue, but still.
