Study Abroad...

Hey all,

I'm looking into going on uni exchange next year, to the UK, and I'd love it if anyone FROM the UK who knows anything about these unis or these areas could tell me a bit about them - even if it's just - "yes, that would be great" of "hell, you don't want to set foot THERE!"

What are the areas like? Is it the middle of nowhere, quiet and sleepy, or loud and full of city nightlife, etc. Uni pages can only tell you so much.

My choices for the UK are:

Keele University - Keele
Lancaster University - Lancaster
University of East Anglia - Norwich
University of Sunderland - Sunderland
Roehampton University – London
Westminster University - London

I've had a look at the websites, and frankly am excited beyond belief at the very IDEA of going abroad, so am not able to be very objective at all.
