My Last Night In Europe
Jul. 10th, 2006 12:11 amI'm, well... wow.
Quick follow up to my last entry to say that I DID get to meet Micheal, however briefly. He signed my program and he was every bit as gruff and gumpy yet awesome as I expected him to be. He had a professional autograph hunter also, but was far less gracious than Judi Dench was about signing the wad of pictures. He did one, then moved on to other people who were simply there to thank him. Yay for him.
I have had simply the BEST time at Patronus. Three days of listening to papers and sitting around talking with other fans - wow, talling to people in 'real life' that GET it! So much fun. I've been bitten by so many bunnies it's not even funny. Quill/pimp cane, Snape/Fluer are the main two I must write, as well as Rita/Vicky Frobisher for
millieweasley ;). Buahahaha. Maybe I'll get some drabbling done on the plane.
I can't believe I'm leaving tomorrow. For good. All the way home. This is my last night in Europe. By the 12th, I'll be back home in Sydney. At the moment I'm mostly sad about it, though I've been fluctuating between sadness and excitement quite a bit. I miss everyone, but I'll most definitely miss this amazing part of the world and everyone I've met here, too. I'll be back. I promise I will :)
