Miranda has received a nomination in the category of Best Actress in a Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television for her role as Stella in Gideon's Daughter in the Sattelite Awards. The drama itself also received two further nominations, Best Motion Picture Made for Television and Best Actor Bill Nighy, all very well deserved.

But look at other the nominees!

This is a fangirl crisis! HOW am I supposed to pick a 'team' when both Miranda and Helen are nominated?! Gideon's Daughter is my favourite ever Miranda performance, she's simply amazing! And Elizabeth 1! Helen! Magnificent!

How can these two be against each other?! *wails*


Okay, am overtired. I'm sure this dire tragedy of fangirl loyalties won't be so bad after a night's sleep!

I, however only pick Miranda from that list so I'm happy. I'm SO GLAD she got nominated for somethign for Stella becuase she truely is amazing in that. Stella instantly went into the list of top miranda characters.
