My effort last year was rather pathetic, and this is hardly worth doing. But I've done it for the last two years and been impressed with myself, so it makes sense to do it this year as well, even if it is to give myself a kick up the arse for the one coming.

Someone once told me that it was a shame that RP took me away from writing so much. I wasn't aware that it did, so it surprised me somewhat to get that comment.
I think it was shiv5468 who suggested the theory that we only have so many words in us at any given time and if they are used for RP then there are less words for fic. So if you played a lot it makes sense. :)
