I bought myself some tulips tonight at work. They're very pretty on the kitchen table. And that was about it. Yay for buying discounted flowers!

...I felt a bit sorry for the poor girls whose boyfriends were buying them wilted roses at 11:45pm, though. Seriously, if you're that late, why bother?

Yeah, it would have been much more effective to just tell them that they had thought about buying some, but decided not to because the selection wasn't very nice. At least that would have worked on me.
