i. Watched 'A Bunch of Amateurs' tonight. Note: Imelda Staunton is a scene-stealing pocket rocket (I have seen pictorial evidence of the latter. She is dwarfed by Judi Dench. I did not know that was even possible.)

ii. My laptop's power cord is fucked fucked fucked. This is irritating, because I bought a new one a month ago, only to have it stop working on me last Monday night. Am currently awaiting a replacement from the company I bought it from, and I hope that when I insert new cord, computer is not completely broken due to dying from lack of power about four times today. Battery life of said computer = approximately 30 seconds. Even more annoying because I so wanted to get some solid writing in this weekend, which is hard when sharing the PC with brother.

iii. Some people need a clue. That is all.

iv. Baileys is AWESOME.

ABoA fueled my love for Samantha Bond. I would absolutely adore just a film of the villagers sans Burt Reynolds - just them pottering around and gossiping and generally being awesome.

I've been meaning to watch this! I've only seen a short clip of Imelda kissing a man in the movie on youtube which was really funny. Is it available online?

It probably is! I got it from Civic, though, so it's on DVD here, too.
