I spoke to her. For about three seconds. Told her I loved her work. She smiled and thanked me, then ran away because she is quite clearly the shyest person on the planet.

I'm so sorry I couldn't come and never actually replied to you!

I only realised on like firday that it was on tuesday and couldn't make it anyway because I can't take mroe time off work. And even if I called in sick.. my parents are on a cruise. I'm looking after the house and my sister this week.
So you must tell me allllllllll about it.

I like that she's shy. Sometimes in real life things I've seen her in she comes off stand-offish, but that's only becuase you can tell she's shy. I only realised a few years ago people I've known through school and thought didn't like me, only didn't talk to me much because they thought I didn't want to talk to them/was moody. I wasn't. I was just painfully shy. It seems a lot of actors are, and people can't quite understand that.

Don't forget there are four branches of Laduree in Paris, on the rue Bonaparte, the rue Royale, the Champs Elysees, and the boulevard Haussmann. You have to go and eat a "Religieuse a la rose" and think of me with every bite!

We went today! I dragged the boys (rather easily) to the one at Rue Royale. I had 12 macaroons and that lovely rasberry sorbet and rose ice cream thinger that you had last time we were in London. MMMMMM La Duree :D.
